Flowers Are Nice But............


A variety of foliage plants can really bring a landscape to a new level.  Do you recognize these?  Above is a Black Lace Elder leaf juxtaposed against a peony leaf.  (looks like my peony needs iron).

    Each colored leaf becomes a flower in autumn, your leaf color and texture shots are great. Have a wonderful weekend.

    Dear "A Garden of Threads", yes, that is what I was getting at. (mostly since I have only my clematis and hydrangea blooming right now!)
