"A gardener exhibits great faith when planting a seed"
First of all, welcome to the fun! I love your shadow shot for the day, Shirley! And you're right about the shorter the days, the longer the shadows! And it does indeed make for good photography! Hope your weekend is going well! Enjoy!Sylvia
A fun shadow shot. It sure looks as if you have plenty of sunshine.
Shirley that is a terrific shot and you are so right about the lighting of these shorter days : )I have a potted tree .. actually an Austrian Pine which should not have survived me keeping it in a pot the way I have for about 7 years now .. I cal it my Charlie brown Christmas tree ! hehe .. I will have to post some pictures of it too !JoyI bet you will have snow soon ?
It looks like the tree is climbing up on the wall, isn't it? Very well done, Lady?Hope your enjoying your Sat & Sunday ahead.Happy SS.../chie
great shot...love it! happy Sunday! :)
Great greytones, with just the conifer in green, and then the different patterns: shadows of trees vs sharp lines and curves. Well seen.
I like it a lot. This time of year does indeed cast longer shadows, and in the daylight lately, a more intense bright sun. You captured it inn a good way. Peace.
Great composition, love it!
I have noticed lots of shadows now that the sun is tilting. Great shot.
Beautiful shadow you've got here.!Jack-O-Lantern shadows, have a blessed Sunday!!
Very pretty shot!
That makes for a beautiful shadow against the fence...
I like these shadows a LOT! I especually like their airiness and the way they cover your whole photo!
Glad you joined the meme, Some of us just SEE shadows, so it is good to be able to share them. The strength of our late spring sun casts very sharp shadows, jet sometimes the light ephemeral shadows though a mist or light cloud cover are even more attractive. I often stand in wonder in front of just such shadows as you have portrayed and watch em slowly shift position.
