The Second House Tour of the Full House Lottery 2013: The Greyhawk

Welcome to the Greyhawk, an Arizona-style bungalow with twelve foot ceilings and hardwood floors. The wood work and stone pillars make this house cozy though it's grand at 4006 square feet!  It's valued at $1,514,320

When we walked in this house, I exclaimed, "This is my room!" (above)  I love this book shelf.
The only thing needed is comfortable chairs (these were not), and perhaps a chaise lounge.

The front deck offers seating and an open view to a sanctuary.
The land is conserved for wildlife and trees.  I love that!

This stained glass window is just above a landing in the stairway.
This photo really doesn't do it justice while the photo later in this post is much better.
I kept this one, though, to show the symmetry of the two candle sconces on either side of the window.

Above, a view of the living room from across the stairway near the "library."

The Greyhawk has the nicest laundry room with
a stackable stainless steel laundry pair and lots of cabinets.

 Enter the master bedroom.....

Don't you love all the stonework?   This kitchen is just gorgeous.
The length of open hallway leads to the ornate front door with a domed ceiling above the hall table.

Above, the upstairs living room.

Indoor planters double as sculpture/artistic interest.  This couch is long but shallow, seating four comfortably.  A short person, such as myself, can easily sit back and still have their feet on the floor!

I love the effect on the beams!

Above, my favourite room again.

I've always loved wrought iron and these railings are beautiful!

A better view of the stained glass window.

Outside is a hot tub.  This may be a prize separate from the house, though.

I had to snap a photo of this sign so I could check out the site for the interior designers.

Above, the family room in the basement.  To the far left outside of this photo is a gas fireplace.
Not an ideal location for one, for sure.  Below the tv is a storage unit with black glass doors behind which the stereo and sound system components are kept.

A wine room is adjacent to this luxurious bar/kitchenette.

Do you like the cow hide stools in the bar?

Yes, there is a drum room, shown above with three stools and microphones,
and posters including Madonna, U2, the Beatles, Elvis and Jimmi Hendrix.

The downstairs bath has a nicely tiled shower with a rain shower head, as did the upstairs bath.

There is one bedroom downstairs in Arizona style.  I love this horse bust!!

Above, the domed ceiling with a chandelier made of fine chain.
This area is at the top of the stairs, by the front door.  It is quite a statement upon entry!
