Sky Watch Friday

Looking out the front window shortly after 8 am.  The sky is powder blue with washes of pinks from the sunrise to the east (to the right in the photo).
Now, with the back door propped open and freezing my petutee off, the following photos are taken just minutes later.
Here a magpie soars overhead.


Looking to the west the pinks and corals of the sunrise brighten the early morning sky.

What??? I am the first to comment on the pure magic of your morning sky? The gentle tones colouring not only the sky but imbuing the snow and all else with a hush of colour are just wonderful to see. Who cares what you froze off, hey girl, you got stunning pictures!
