Vancouver's First Real Snow
These were taken in November folks. The Vancouver area has had a lot of rain of late but their temperatures are moderate in comparison with Edmonton and other parts of this country. We had -15 Celsius the other day and Vancouver was a high of +9 Celsius!!! Still a lot of leaves on the trees in November! It is indeed a beautiful city. My son, S, said to me if I were there longer I would much prefer it to where I now live. We vacationed in Vancouver and Seattle a few years ago and S fell in love with the city. His wish has come true as he now lives and works there for an architectural firm. I truly think he may be right!

I was amazed that it is so warm in Vancouver, I guess I thought winter would have invaded there, too, like it has here in Wisconsin. We have 15" of snow on the ground now and it's very, very cold...goin' to be a long one.
The view of the mountains is stunning in your photo.
I have been to Vancouver several times and it is indeed a delightful place. But it's soooo expensive!
Oh the view of the mountains in the back...so pretty...Michelle
