Fertilizer Friday Flaunt - Stages of Pink

Pink Diamond Hydrangea.  It`s the only hydrangea, of which I have two, that is blooming this year.  The Endless Summer certainly isn`t enjoying an endless summer of blossoms.  Nothing this year at all.  So, can you blame me for touting the beauty of this one that performs without fail in zone 3?

Endless Summer Hydrangea with not a bud in sight!

Thanks to Tootsie Time for hosting Fertilizer Friday.  Here's her linkie: http://www.tootsietime.com/

I posted my sad story this week about my endless summer. Same thing. It has not bloomed since the first year it was planted. I do have pink diamond and it is loaded with bloom. Nice to see I am not alone.

Ann, from the Alberta Perennial Trial Gardens had this to say when I inquired as to whether they had trialed Endless Summer Hydrangeas:

"We have not trialed the Endless Summer hydrangeas. From what I have learned, gardeners have not had a lot of success with them in Calgary."
